THERGOTHON (1990–1993) was one of Niko Skorpio’s early excursions into music in group context. Subsequently heralded as pioneers of the funeral doom subgenre of extreme metal, Thergothon recorded one demo tape and one album both of which enjoy cult status in the underground metal circles.
